## Kitchen and bathroom renovations

Kitchens and bathrooms are the rooms that change a home the most. We coordinate the strip-out, plumbing and electrical alterations, tiling, cabinetry, painting and final fittings so the room comes together as a single piece of work rather than a series of separate trades. That includes shower waterproofing, splashbacks, geyser relocations and the small detail work that makes a finished room feel solid.

## Extensions, additions and reconfigurations

Adding a room, opening up a living space, building a granny flat or reconfiguring a layout calls for structural planning as well as finishes. We work through the structural changes, roofing, doors and windows (including aluminium installations), drywall, ceilings, painting and finishes in a sequence that protects the work as it goes.

## Full-home renovations

For larger projects we run the whole renovation in coordinated phases — site setup, demolition, structural work, services, finishes and snagging. A single project manager keeps trades aligned, materials on time and the site clean as the work moves through the home.

### Can I live in the house during the renovation?

In many cases yes — we phase the work room by room and protect the occupied areas. For larger structural projects it may be easier to vacate; we will be honest about which scenario fits your project.

### Do you handle plans and approvals?

For minor renovations no plans are required. For structural changes or extensions we coordinate with the relevant professionals and can guide you through the approval steps.

### How long does a kitchen or bathroom renovation take?

A typical kitchen or bathroom renovation runs a few weeks once cabinetry and materials are on site. We confirm timing in writing in the quote.

### Can you keep the existing layout or do I need to redesign?

Both are options. Sometimes refreshed finishes alone change the feel of a room. Other times moving a wall or relocating plumbing unlocks much better use of the space.

### Do you clean up after the renovation?

Yes. Rubble removal and a full clean are part of the project handover.
